10/10 anniversary experience! 🥂❤️ My husband and I came here for our 1-year anniversary, and everything was amazing! The vibes were perfect, everyone was so kind, and the food was absolutely delicious. I had the lobster pasta (my all-time fave 😭), my hubby had the peppercorn filet and lobster mac & cheese, and we finished EVERYTHING! 😂 The butter cake was sooo good too! A special shoutout to our server Jordan—she was so friendly, knowledgeable, and provided amazing hospitality. She truly made our night even more special. We had such a wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back! ✨

No where near what it was. Server was fine, but was not in charge of BOH. Octopus and accoutrements from yesterday.. but was starving so ate it.. Asked for charred, barely Lamb chops, over done underwhelming..deep fried- seemed Cabernet reduction- maybe 1/2 oz for $5 meh… Mushroom side - rushed, boiled Not roasted. Roasted garlic - pulled Early - crunchy.. Send Ryan out to test things… le Margot soon.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cowboy Prime delivered a true five-star dining experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding—the peppercorn steak was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor, and the meatball appetizer was one of the best I’ve had. Every dish was prepared with great attention to detail. What really made the evening special was the first-class service. Jordan took exceptional care of us, was attentive without being overbearing, and made sure every part of our experience was perfect. It’s rare to find service that genuinely elevates an already great meal, but Jordan did exactly that. If you’re looking for incredible food, an upscale atmosphere, and service that goes above and beyond, Cowboy Prime is absolutely worth the visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Our favorite place for a special dinner will always be Cowboy Prime. The food, atmosphere, and service are always amazing, which is why me and my partner love coming back every chance we get. This last visit was even more special thanks to Savannah — she was absolutely wonderful! She was so attentive, kind, and made sure everything was perfect for us throughout the night. You can truly tell she cares about giving guests a great experience. Thank you for always making date nights feel so memorable. We’ll definitely keep coming back

This place is off the charts!! Rather fancy! But you don't have to be in dress code or anything. Everyone is very friendly, well except the host. She did not have a welcoming voice or vibe. But anyway, celebrated my husband's birthday here and he order the 36 oz. Steak and it was delicious. One of the best steaks we ever had. My whole family joined us and everyone enjoyed their dish and the bread . Most of the food ordered was exquisite, except for the Lobster pasta, lobster was quite rubbery. So, order the steak or trout. 👌 Our waitress, was the best. She was quite entertaining and prompt. We didnt get to try dessert. So we are definitely going back for steak and dessert, soon. This time just as a couples date night. 🤗😊 Reservation is required. You can do so online.
